Problems

The ice isn't always perfect!

A couple of times we have had to rent a chipper to break up the ice after it was flooded by water flowing in from the field.

This year (2007-08) has been quite bad with frequent thaws.

Also, a couple of shots late in the season, when the ice gets a bit soft!
